ONE MILLION HP :: TERMS OF SERVICE
=====================================
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of ONE MILLION HP, a free online game run by the operator named above. By playing, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; agreeing to these Terms is not consent to unrelated uses of your data.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and agree to your use of the game. If you don't meet the age requirement or don't agree to these Terms, don't play. Don't misrepresent your age or get around access restrictions.
2. Accounts and access
The game creates a guest player for you before you choose a username and password. Keep your password and login/save token private. Don't use someone else's account without permission, impersonate anyone, or share login details to get around restrictions. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Clearing your browser storage can make guest progress inaccessible. We can't promise to recover an account if we can't reasonably confirm it's yours. Never send your password or login/save token to us or post it publicly.
3. Free play and virtual items
The game has no real-money purchases. Shards, chests, equipment, scrolls, badges, and other rewards are game features, not money, investments, or a right to any cash payment. We don't redeem them for cash and don't offer any cash-out. Any exchange of items happens only through the game's own systems, such as the shop and auction house.
Don't sell accounts or virtual items for real money, run gambling or wagering services involving the game, or use the game to arrange cash-out deals.
Rewards are often random, and you're not guaranteed any particular item or result. We may rebalance drop rates, item effects, rewards, and other mechanics at any time. Your virtual items are a limited permission to use them in the game, not a promise that an item or its stats will stay the same or stay available forever.
4. Fair play and community rules
Don't:
- Use bots, auto-clickers or other automation, exploits, or extra accounts to get around game limits or gain an unfair advantage.
- Interfere with the game, flood it with requests, try to access things you aren't allowed to, or spread malicious code.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against anyone; post sexual content involving minors; or post anything illegal.
- Share someone else's private information, ask children for personal information, or impersonate the operator.
- Post spam, scams, stolen content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Report security problems privately to [email protected]. Don't access other players' information or disrupt the game to demonstrate a problem.
5. Content you submit
You're responsible for your username, chat messages, tickets, boss designs, and anything else you submit. Only submit content you have the right to share. Public content can be seen and copied by others.
You keep any ownership rights you have in your submissions. You give the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and make reasonable formatting or gameplay changes to your submissions as needed to run, moderate, and improve the game. For boss designs (including their boss unique items) that you submit for the game, this includes adding and adapting the design in the game and showing it in game-related announcements. This license doesn't transfer ownership and doesn't allow selling your personal information.
You can ask us to remove a submission. Removal may not undo earlier uses or copies other people made, and a design already in the game will be handled with you case by case.
6. Moderation and suspension
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts, or reverse rewards and transactions when reasonably necessary to deal with rule-breaking, cheating, security problems, legal requirements, or serious harm to the game or its players. Automated systems, such as the chat filter and bot checks, help with moderation and can make mistakes; not every message is reviewed before it appears.
To ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed, email [email protected] with your username and what happened (never your password or login/save token). We may hold back details that would compromise security or someone else's privacy.
7. Game changes and availability
We may update, rebalance, pause, reset, or shut down all or part of the game. We'll give reasonable notice of major planned changes where practical, but urgent security, abuse, or legal issues may need action without notice. Progress and virtual items may be affected, and uninterrupted access or permanent storage isn't guaranteed.
8. Game materials and other sites
Except for rights that belong to players or others, the game and its original materials belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal permission to play under these rules; they don't transfer ownership of the game.
Links to other sites, such as the community wiki, are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we don't control them.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, the operator isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or takes away consumer or privacy rights you have by law.
10. Governing law and questions
Colorado law governs these Terms to the extent the law allows, without taking away protections you have where you live. Email [email protected] about questions or disputes. This doesn't stop you from contacting a regulator or using any other remedy the law gives you.
11. Changes to these Terms
We'll post updated Terms with a new effective date. For significant changes, we'll give clear notice in the game, and where required we'll ask you to agree again before you keep playing. Changes don't take away legal rights you already had.
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies to the extent the law allows. Not enforcing a rule once doesn't mean we can't enforce it later.
